A delegation of the Hai Phong People’s Council’s Culture and Social Affairs Board has suggested that An Phat Bioplastics JSC. strengthen social welfare policies and emphasize human values for workers.
A delegation of the Hai Phong People’s Council’s Culture and Social Affairs Board supervised the implementation of policies and laws for workers during the 2021–2024 period at An Phat Bioplastics JSC., a subsidiary of An Phat Holdings Group, in Nam Sach commune, Hai Phong city.
The delegation directly visited and inspected several working and living areas of workers such as the production workshop, the canteen, and the rest area, and noted that the company maintained a safe, hygienic working environment; the canteen was arranged scientifically and cleanly; and the rest area was spacious and met the needs of workers.
Highly appreciating the efforts and contributions of An Phat Bioplastics JSC. in recent times, the delegation suggested that the enterprise continue focusing on ensuring social welfare, considering people as the central factor in development, actively participating in community and local activities, and promoting human values.
As reported by An Phat Bioplastics JSC., from 2021 to 2024, its production activities remained stable, with 2024 revenue exceeding the plan by 7% and profit from business activities increasing by 39% compared to the same period. In the first six months of 2025, post-tax profit reached more than 88.7 billion VND.
The company pays full salaries, allowances, and bonuses; offers many benefits such as support for transportation, telephone, and housing; organizes periodic health check-ups; focuses on occupational safety and hygiene; and trains and grants workers certificates.
The average income of the workers reaches 10 million VND per person per month. In addition, each worker earns an average of 930,000 VND from overtime. The enterprise stipulates that one worker does not work more than 16 overtime hours per month, while paying wages for overtime, weekends, holidays, and Tet (Lunar New Year) at 150 - 390% of the normal salary.
The company has established a grassroots trade union with 890 members, ensures benefits, holds regular dialogues, and signs collective labor agreements. Policies for female workers and assurance of gender equality, maternity, and childcare leave are implemented in accordance with regulations.

The enterprise operates in the field of production and trading of plastic packaging films, with 1,923 employees. The proportion of workers participating in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance reaches 84.4%.
