This year’s festival week features a rich and vibrant lineup of activities, including a program introducing new tourism products and heritage discovery tours. These unique offerings connect traditional cultural values with contemporary experiences, allowing visitors to explore the region’s historical depth, natural beauty, and distinctive festive atmosphere.

In addition, there are three exhibition zones for traditional craft villages, signature agricultural and OCOP products, and tourism and cuisine.

The craft village zone gathers artisans from renowned traditional villages such as Thanh Lieu woodblock carving, Chu Dau pottery, Chau Khe gold and silver crafting, Dong Giao woodwork, and Xuan Neo embroidery, showcasing the essence of Vietnamese cultural craftsmanship.

A highlight of this year’s event is the live demonstration of traditional craft-making processes and culinary preparation right at the exhibition space. Artisans and chefs will perform their work on-site, presenting to visitors the meticulous creation of fine handicrafts and the making of traditional dishes, offering an authentic and lively cultural experience.

The tourism and cuisine space introduces Hai Phong’s signature specialties such as bun cha ruoi (vermicelli with ragworm patties), nem cua be (fried crab spring rolls), bun ca cay (spicy fish noodle soup), and banh mi que cay (spicy baguette sticks), dishes that have helped build the brand of Hai Phong’s “food tour.”
