Northwestern and southwestern areas of the city, including localities in the northern and southern parts of the former Hai Duong province, are expected to see mostly cloudy skies and dry weather. Temperatures are forecast to range from 24 to 32 degrees Celsius, with humidity between 75% and 80%.
Coastal areas, including Cat Hai and Do Son, are expected to see favorable weather conditions for tourism and outdoor activities, with partly cloudy skies, sunny weather during the day and dry conditions at night. Temperatures are forecast to range from 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.
In the Gulf of Tonkin and around Bach Long Vi island district, isolated showers are forecast in some areas. Seas are expected to remain calm. Temperatures are forecast to range from 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.
Meteorological authorities advised residents to stay hydrated and avoid prolonged outdoor activities during midday and early afternoon hours as temperatures rise. Fishermen operating at sea were urged to regularly monitor weather updates to ensure safety.
