Hai Phong Party Committee’s Standing Board reviews public investment plans and key projects
The Standing Board of the Hai Phong Party Committee has reviewed proposed adjustments and additions to the city's 2026 public investment plan and a draft public investment plan for 2027.

On the afternoon of October 27, the Standing Board of the Hai Phong City Party Committee held a meeting to hear reports and discuss several matters in accordance with the working regulations of the City Party Committee.
The meeting was chaired by Le Ngoc Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee and Head of the City National Assembly Delegation.

Also attending were leaders of the city Party Committee, People's Committee, People's Council and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and leaders of relevant departments, agencies and units.
At the meeting, the Standing Board of the City Party Committee heard reports and discussed the proposed fifth adjustments and additions to the city's 2026 public investment plan, as well as a draft public investment plan for 2027, before these matters are submitted to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
The Standing Board also reviewed a proposal to provide funding support for a public security and social order project, the construction of a People's Public Security waterway port under the City Public Security Department, before it is submitted to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
In addition, the Standing Board discussed the proposed investment policy for a project to relocate and restore electricity and telecommunications infrastructure to facilitate site clearance for the project to build Ha Noi-Quang Ninh high-speed railway’s section running through Hai Phong.
