Hai Phong cuts processing time for nearly 95% of administrative procedures
Hai Phong has so far reduced processing time for 1,888 of 1,990 administrative procedures, or 94.87%.
According to a report of the Hai Phong People's Committee, the city has so far reduced processing time for 1,888 of 1,990 administrative procedures, or 94.87%. The overall reduction in administrative procedure processing time is 39.39%.
Of these, the city cut processing time by 50% or more for 1,119 administrative procedures, including 936 provincial-level procedures, 136 commune-level procedures and 47 procedures shared by the two levels. For 769 administrative procedures, the city shortened processing time by less than 50%, including 636 provincial-level procedures, 109 commune-level procedures and 24 procedures shared by the two levels.
The remaining 102 administrative procedures have not yet had their processing time reduced. These are mainly procedures that can be completed quickly, often on the same day, or procedures involving complex processes and multiple agencies, organizations and localities outside the city.
Reducing administrative procedure processing time not only helps residents and businesses cut waiting time and costs but also contributes to improving the efficiency of administrative agencies.
