On this occasion, educational institutions and community learning centers are organizing training courses in foreign languages, information technology, professional expertise and life skills, as well as seminars and discussions on health, law, the environment, the promotion of learning and reading, and building of a learning society. They are also holding exhibitions and displays of books and materials at libraries and cultural houses.
These activities are helping create a vibrant learning atmosphere, encouraging students, teachers and residents to proactively pursue learning, update their knowledge, develop their skills, and gradually master technology in their daily lives, studies and work.
