Korean food and culture festival in Hai Phong
Hai Phong is hosting a Korean food and culture festival with a wide range of music, food and cultural experiences, featuring a lineup of well-known Vietnamese and Korean artists.
On September 26 and 27, the Viet Tiep Friendship Cultural Palace will host the K-Food & Culture Festival 2026, featuring a range of music, food and Korean-Vietnamese cultural experiences.
The event will bring together artists including Chi Pu, Han Sara, Lee Rayeon, Do Nam Son and Minh Huy, along with DJs Papi and Twistin, who will deliver lively K-pop and V-pop performances.
The Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam will also organize a Korean cultural experience booth. Residents and visitors can try on hanbok, take part in traditional games, take photos and receive souvenirs.
As part of the event, participants can also experience making kimchi with a Korean chef. They will receive hands-on guidance through the kimchi-making process and make their own jar of kimchi following the Korean method.
The program will also feature the K-Talent final, with total prizes worth VND 30 million. Several KOLs and reviewers will take part in the event, experience its activities and livestream them.
The non-verbal musical “Chef Show” will be staged from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm on September 26 and from 5 pm to 6:15 pm on September 27.
The K-Food & Culture Festival will provide a space for Korean-Vietnamese cultural exchange while giving residents and visitors in Hai Phong an opportunity to experience Korean cuisine, music and distinctive cultural activities.
