Efforts to start construction of Van To Industrial Cluster soon
Relevant agencies are working to address site clearance obstacles and complete procedures for the Van To Industrial Cluster project in Chi Minh Commune (Hai Phong), with groundbreaking targeted for September.

The project to build and operate the infrastructure of Van To Industrial Cluster in Chi Minh Commune covers a total area of more than 35 hectares, of which more than 29 hectares require site clearance, mainly agricultural land.
To date, the local authorities have cleared more than 26 hectares, equivalent to about 72% of the project's total area. Total approved compensation and support funds amount to more than VND 111 billion for 154 households, of which more than VND 95 billion has been paid.
The Commune People's Committee continues to review and complete compensation, support and resettlement plans; strengthen communication, mobilization and dialogue to build consensus among local residents.
The Commune People's Committee has also asked the investor to urgently allocate funds and coordinate efforts to accelerate compensation payments and site clearance. About 8.3 hectares are expected to be allocated or leased for project implementation once relevant procedures are completed. Under the plan, the investor will break ground on the project in September.
Van To Industrial Cluster has a total investment of more than VND 535 billion, with Tuan Kiet - TK One Member Co., Ltd. as the investor. The project is oriented toward developing synchronous, modern infrastructure and attracting supporting industries, mechanical manufacturing, high-tech industries and environmentally friendly production.
