Hai Phong shares propaganda and mass mobilization experience with Lao officials
Delegates shared experience in propagandizing the implementation of major projects, managing information in cyberspace, and providing political theory training for young cadres.
The Hai Phong Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, held a conference on September 11 to exchange experience with a delegation of officials from the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party.
Nguyen Quang Phuc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Head of the City Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and Assoc. Prof. PhD. Hoang Hung Hai, Deputy Director of the Department of Training and Further Training Management under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, co-chaired the conference.
In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. PhD. Hoang Hung Hai emphasized that the field study in Hai Phong provided an opportunity for propaganda cadres of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party to learn about the city’s achievements in renewal, innovative models, and practical lessons. Through this, the trainees could study and apply them appropriately to work at their agencies, units and localities.
Representatives of the Hai Phong Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission shared experience in renewing political and ideological education; protecting the Party’s ideological foundation; digitizing Party history data; and applying information technology to monitor and orient public opinion. They also introduced effective approaches to implementing the “Good mass mobilization” emulation movement and building the “Friendly government” model.
Delegates focused on exchanging experience in publicizing and building consensus among the people during the implementation of major projects, managing information in cyberspace, and training and fostering political theory for young cadres.
Representatives of the delegation affirmed that the experience shared at the conference was a valuable source of practical information, helping trainees improve their advisory capacity and effectively apply the experience to propaganda work.
