New version of Smart Hai Phong app launched
The new version of the Smart Hai Phong app expands utilities and enhances digital interaction to better serve residents and businesses.
The Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology held a ceremony on August 26 to launch the new version of the Smart Hai Phong app to further improve the digital platform serving residents and businesses and enhance interaction with the authorities in the digital environment.
Smart Hai Phong was developed as part of the Hai Phong Digital Government Project and serves as an official channel connecting the authorities with residents. It supports the receipt of on-site feedback, searches for administrative information, tracks the processing of applications, and provides access to the city’s directives and management information.
The new version was developed based on practical needs of residents and businesses, with features arranged to be intuitive and easy to find and use. It integrates multiple fields and services into a single access point, limiting the situation in which each field has a separate app and each service requires a separate account.
Smart Hai Phong integrates data on 134 destinations and local specialties, nearly 400 accommodation establishments, 70 tourist attractions, 45 local specialties, 2,075 educational institutions, 796 healthcare facilities and 1,070 pharmacies, along with data on government agencies and many other groups of utilities.
Users can view traffic cameras, access the digital food map and digital map of Hai Phong, check planning information and public services, and search for tourist attractions, accommodation establishments, schools, healthcare facilities, pharmacies and essential services based on location.
The app also supports searches for power outage schedules and bus station information, as well as train and air ticket bookings, aiming to bring more essential needs onto a single platform.
With location-based services and information tailored to users’ needs, the app is gradually becoming a unified digital access point where residents, businesses and visitors can interact with the authorities, access information and use city services.
