Baran International explores investment opportunities in Hai Phong
Chairman of the Hai Phong People's Committee Do Thanh Trung welcomed Baran International to explore opportunities for cooperation and investment in Hai Phong.
Do Thanh Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee, received and held talks with a delegation from Baran International (Israel) and Saigon Invest Group, which came to explore opportunities for investment cooperation and financing arrangements for infrastructure development in the city, on the afternoon of August 21.
At the meeting, Asher Tzur, International CEO of Baran International, gave a brief introduction to the company, a member of Baran Group. It is one of Israel's leading engineering and infrastructure development corporations, with experience in implementing large-scale projects across Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Representatives of Baran International and Saigon Invest Group expressed their impression of Hai Phong's rapid socio-economic growth, transportation infrastructure, and urban development. They also discussed investment orientations in areas of mutual interest and their desire to explore cooperation in transportation infrastructure, industrial development, and high-tech industries in Hai Phong.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the City People's Committee Do Thanh Trung welcomed and highly appreciated the visit by the leaders of Baran International and Saigon Invest Group to explore investment opportunities in Hai Phong.
Trung emphasized that Hai Phong is committed to creating favorable conditions and standing alongside investors and businesses throughout the process of exploring investment opportunities, implementing projects, and operating effectively, ensuring benefits for both enterprises and the city and its people.
He assigned the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority and the city's specialized agencies to study, provide guidance, and support Baran International and Saigon Invest Group in expanding their business activities on the basis of mutual benefit.
