Provincial Road 390B upgrading project to be completed before Dec
The project to upgrade Provincial Road 390B and build a bypass around the former Thanh Ha town center has a total investment of more than VND 720 billion.

According to the Hai Phong Traffic Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project Management Board, construction progress on the project to upgrade Provincial Road 390B and build a bypass around the former Thanh Ha town center has reached 62% of the contract value.
The investor is currently urging contractors to mobilize personnel, equipment and materials and deploy multiple construction teams simultaneously to complete the project and put the road into operation as an integrated route in December.
The project comprises two main components: roads and bridges. The road component involves upgrading Provincial Road 390B from km0+909 to km6+200, covering 4.89 km, with a design speed of 60 km/h.
The bypass around the former Thanh Ha town center comprises two sections: the upgrading of Provincial Road 390E from km0+000 to km0+945, covering 0.945 km, and a newly built bypass from km0+000 to km4+288, covering 4.29 km. The bridge component includes upgrading and widening Ac bridge on Provincial Road 390B and building a new bridge over the Huong river.
The project has a total investment of VND 720.4 billion, with the full amount of funding allocated. Of this, VND 451.3 billion is earmarked for construction, VND 164.9 billion for compensation and site clearance, and the remainder for other costs.
