Five transport procedures in Hai Phong to be processed through National Public Service Portal
Transport organizations and businesses in Hai Phong will submit online applications for five administrative procedures related to domestic road transport via the National Public Service Portal.
The Hai Phong Department of Construction has informed the Hai Phong Transport Association and local transport businesses about the change in the online application submission channel under a plan of the Ministry of Construction’s Information Technology Center.
From August 14, the online public service system for road transport at qlvt.moc.gov.vn will stop accepting new online applications for five procedures and will also stop the registration and approval of new user accounts.
Applications received by the Department of Construction before the transition will continue to be processed under the existing procedures. Processing results will be synchronized and returned through the Ministry of Construction’s administrative procedure information system, ensuring that the processing of applications for organizations and individuals is not interrupted.
The five procedures to be moved to the National Public Service Portal are: issuance of business licenses for passenger and freight transport by automobiles and four-wheel vehicles with engines; reissuance of licenses in case of loss or damage; reissuance of licenses when their contents are changed or the licenses are revoked; issuance and reissuance of transport badges for automobiles and four-wheel vehicles with engines engaged in transport services; and registration to operate fixed-route passenger transport services.
