The Hai Phong Traffic Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board is urgently completing investment procedures for the project to build a road linking Provincial Roads 391 and 390, with the goal of breaking ground in November.
The project starts at the connection with the access road to the Thai Binh river bridge project in Nam Dong Ward. Its endpoint intersects Provincial Road 390 at kilometer 16+450, in Ai Quoc Ward. The road has a total length of 5.38 km.
The project includes the construction of cross-drainage and longitudinal drainage systems, utility trenches along the route, traffic safety facilities, trees, lighting and other infrastructure, ensuring synchronization with planning.
The project has a total investment of VND1.0196 trillion and is scheduled for implementation from 2026 to 2028. The Hai Phong People’s Committee has assigned the Hai Phong Traffic Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board as the project investor.
