After inspecting the construction sites and hearing progress reports from project owners and contractors, Standing Vice Chairman Le Anh Quan instructed project owners to regularly and directly supervise contractors, urging them to accelerate construction, complete project components more quickly, recover lost progress, and boost disbursement.

He also requested contractors to urgently mobilize financial resources, workforce, equipment, and construction materials to take advantage of favorable weather conditions during the remaining months of the year. They were instructed to organize construction in a focused and efficient manner, avoid spreading resources too thinly, and make up for project delays.
