Hai Phong workers' average monthly income rises by nearly 1 million dong
Workers' average monthly income in Hai Phong has risen by nearly 1 million dong from the end of 2025, supported by stable and expanding business operations, according to the Hai Phong Federation of Labour.

The federation said average monthly income now exceeds 10 million dong per worker. The improvement has been driven by stable and expanding production and business activities, while many companies have implemented better wage, bonus, welfare and employee benefit policies.
Alongside higher incomes, 1,542 companies and organizations across the city now provide shift meals for workers. A total of 90 companies have increased the value of these meals, helping improve working conditions and workers' health.
Hai Phong has more than 1 million people employed across different types of enterprises, including around 315,000 workers in industrial parks and economic zones.
