According to the Hai Phong People's Committee, all communes, wards, and special zones across the city have completed the installation of monitoring camera systems at their Public Administrative Service Centers.
The camera system and live monitoring screens are connected from the one-stop service counters, where administrative procedures are received and processed, directly to the offices of the Standing Committees of local Party Committees. This enables local leaders to monitor daily operations in real time and promptly direct or rectify any issues arising during the provision of public services.
Local authorities have also focused on upgrading facilities at Public Administrative Service Centers by adding equipment, improving Internet connectivity, and enhancing technical infrastructure to ensure the efficient operation of the commune-level public service model.
According to statistics from the city's Administrative Procedures Information System and the centralized administrative procedures information systems of ministries and central agencies, more than 206,000 administrative applications have been received by city departments, agencies, and local authorities since the beginning of the year. Of these, 99.95% were submitted online.
