Accordingly, from July to November 2026, inspection teams from Hai Phong City will review administrative reform implementation in 24 communes and wards and 2 departments.
The inspection aims to assess the implementation of tasks under programs, plans, and conclusions issued by the City People’s Committee and the Chairman of the City People’s Committee regarding administrative reform. It also seeks to promptly identify effective models and initiatives for replication, while pointing out limitations, difficulties, and obstacles, and proposing solutions to address them.
The inspection results will serve as an important basis for evaluating administrative reform performance in 2026, determining the Administrative Reform Index, and considering the responsibilities of heads of agencies, units, and local authorities.
City inspection teams will also collect information to support the assessment and determination of the 2026 Administrative Reform Index for relevant agencies, units, and localities.
