Hai Phong seeks public opinions on the reorganization of villages and residential quarters

Hai Phong has required that the distribution of survey forms to residents regarding the plan for the reorganization of villages and residential quarters be completed before June 22, 2026.

On the afternoon of June 12, upon receiving survey forms collecting public opinions on the Plan for the Reorganization of Residential Quarters from the People’s Committee of Gia Vien Ward (Hai Phong), Residential Quarter No. 12, Le Loi Street immediately assigned tasks to distribute the forms and collect residents’ opinions on the reorganization plan.
The Party Cell Secretary of the residential quarter instructed members on the procedures for collecting opinions and highlighted important notes when distributing the forms to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations regarding the Plan for the Reorganization of Residential Quarters.
The forms stamped by the newly established ward People’s Committee are considered valid and legally recognized.
Immediately after implementing the task, members of the residential quarter went door-to-door to deliver the opinion survey forms directly to households regarding the residential quarter reorganization plan in the ward.
Alongside the distribution of survey forms, Party Cell members, the residential quarter head, and deputy heads conducted public communication efforts to promote the 2026 residential quarter reorganization policy and the specific reorganization plan of Gia Vien Ward to local households.
By June 13, Hop Tien Commune (Hai Phong) had completed the distribution of survey forms and the collection of public opinions on the village reorganization plan. Commune leaders directly inspected and participated in communication and consultation activities regarding the reorganization and merger of villages.
Hop Tien Commune also intensified communication efforts on the role and significance of village mergers through various visual methods, mass media, and direct outreach to cadres, Party members, and residents in the area.
Preliminary statistics show that 100% of households in Hop Tien Commune agreed with the commune’s village reorganization plan.
The Department of Culture and Social Affairs of Ninh Giang Commune (Hai Phong) reviewed the progress of opinion collection and the implementation of upcoming tasks related to village reorganization.
According to the plan of the Hai Phong City People’s Committee, communes, wards, and special administrative areas must complete the collection of public opinions on the reorganization plan before June 22. Each resident is encouraged to actively contribute their opinions to help build a high level of consensus.
