The Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology is stepping up its “Digital Literacy” movement, focusing on advanced digital skills.

Under Plan No. 94 issued by the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong Party Committee on the “Digital Literacy” movement, the department has expanded digital skills training, with an emphasis on technology application and data use, while strengthening community-based digital technology teams and ensuring digital infrastructure.
Since the beginning of the year, the department has carried out hands-on activities and guidance sessions on the use of digital platforms and services. Online training courses have been deployed via the Digital Literacy portal at https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn and various MOOC platforms.
Information and training materials are also regularly updated on the Smart Citizen application of Hai Phong and an Ebook section, helping residents improve their ability to use online public services and digital platforms.
The city’s online training system at https://daotaotructuyen.haiphong.gov.vn is also being used to promote digital transformation knowledge. To date, the system has organized four training courses, attracting nearly 70,000 participants.
