Five Party organizations established within enterprises in Hai Phong

The Party Committee of Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority announced the establishment of five Party organizations within enterprises in industrial parks.

Mr. Pham Van Thep, Member of the City Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, together with representatives of the City Party Organization Commission and enterprises, present decisions and flowers to the newly established Party organizations.

On the morning of April 23, the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority announced decisions to establish Party organizations within enterprises operating in industrial parks and economic zones across the city.

Attending and delivering remarks at the conference, Mr. Pham Van Thep emphasized the importance of strengthening Party organization within the non-state economic sector.

The newly established Party organizations include Party cells at Hanmiflexible Vina Co., Ltd.; Higasket Plastics Vietnam – Hai Phong Branch; Taesung Engineering Vina Co., Ltd.; LG Chem Hai Phong Engineering Plastics (Trang Due Industrial Park); and Moons’ Industries Vietnam (VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park).

These enterprises have large workforces and meet the conditions for establishing Party organizations, thereby creating a foundation for developing Party members and enhancing the Party’s leadership role in the non-state sector.

In recent years, the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority has been one of the city’s leading units in Party-building work within non-state enterprises.

In 2026, the Party Committee has been assigned the target of establishing 12 Party organizations and admitting 220 new Party members. In the first four months of 2026, including the five organizations announced at the conference, a total of 11 Party organizations have been established, reaching 92% of the annual target. At the same time, 50 new Party members have been admitted, continuing to expand and strengthen Party organizations within enterprises.

As of April 23, the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority has 106 Party organizations with 1,328 members.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Van Thep emphasized that establishing Party organizations within enterprises is an important task, contributing to the implementation of the Central Government and City Party Committee’s policies on developing Party organizations in the non-state sector, following the principle: “Where there are workers, there are Party organizations.”

He also requested that newly established Party cells quickly stabilize their organizational structure, develop operating regulations, and promote their role as political nuclei within enterprises; accompany businesses in production and business development; and build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
