Hai Phong's Department of Education and Training, in coordination with Vietnam National University of Agriculture, has organized a seminar to provide information on labor demand, STEM education and to launch a 2026 startup ideas competition.

On April 23, the seminar, titled "The Journey of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from High School", was held at Kim Thanh High School.
