Accelerate site clearance for Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park – Zone B
The People’s Committee of Chan Hung Commune (Hai Phong) is striving to complete site clearance for the Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park – Zone B project in June 2026, ahead of the schedule.

The People’s Committee of Chan Hung Commune reported that as of April 17, the locality, together with the investor, had organized compensation and support payments for 193 households affected by the project, with a total disbursement of VND 259.8 billion.
The project involves the recovery of 160.32 hectares of agricultural land and 26.17 hectares of non-agricultural land. A total of 613 households are subject to land acquisition, including 405 households with agricultural land and 208 households with residential land.
To accelerate site clearance in line with the direction of the Hai Phong People’s Committee and the investor’s infrastructure construction schedule, the People’s Committee of Chan Hung Commune has instructed its Economic Division to coordinate with surveying units to urgently determine the origin of all agricultural land within the project area, as well as the construction timeline, excavation and filling volumes, and land leveling activities. These efforts will serve as the basis for developing compensation and support plans and publicly disclosing all land acquisition plans before April 30.

The locality aims to complete all compensation and support payments for site clearance by June 30, 2026, earlier than the original plan (Q3 2026).
To facilitate residents in receiving compensation and support payments, the People’s Committee of Chan Hung Commune, together with the investor, organizes payment activities on all days of the week.
After receiving part of the project site, on April 15, C.E.O Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company – the project investor – began constructing temporary roads to serve land leveling and transportation.
The Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park – Zone B project covers an area of 186.49 hectares, with a total investment of nearly VND 2.8 trillion. The industrial park is oriented toward a supporting and eco-industrial model, prioritizing high-tech and environmentally friendly industries.
