Nearly 50 ha of land recovered for Thang Long Industrial Cluster project
To implement the Thang Long Industrial Cluster project, Nam An Phu Commune, Hai Phong City must recover nearly 50 hectares of land in Trung Hoa Hamlet.
According to the Nam An Phu Commune People's Committee, the locality must recover nearly 50 hectares of land in Trung Hoa Hamlet for the Thang Long Industrial Cluster infrastructure investment project.
To date, the commune's Compensation, Support, and Resettlement Council has publicly informed organizations and individuals with land affected by the project. From surveys, these organizations and individuals largely agree with the project's policy, while hoping it advances on time and as planned; support and compensation policies must be implemented transparently, in compliance with regulations, maximizing benefits for those losing land.
Currently, the local authority is intensifying propaganda and mobilization for residents to cooperate in measuring land area, crops, and assets on the land, as the basis for compensation and support plans.
The project is expected to complete site clearance in Q4 2026.
