Hai Phong strives for 100% of departments, agencies, and sectors to meet “Friendly Workplace” standards

The People’s Committee of Hai Phong has issued a plan to implement the “Friendly Workplace” criteria across departments, agencies, and sectors.

The city aims that by the end of 2027, 100% of departments, agencies, and sectors will meet the “Friendly Workplace” standards.

To achieve this goal, the city requires departments and agencies to clearly define specific tasks, timelines, and responsibilities for each unit. All agencies must fully carry out their assigned duties in implementing the plan.

The process of self-assessment and scoring must ensure accuracy, honesty, objectivity, and transparency, reflecting a comprehensive and multi-dimensional evaluation of the implementation of the “Friendly Workplace” criteria. At the same time, awareness and responsibility among authorities at all levels, sectors, and the public will be enhanced in building friendly workplaces and in evaluating the results of these criteria.

The municipal People’s Committee has assigned the Department of Home Affairs to take the lead in advising, consolidating, and monitoring the implementation. Each year, the department will appraise the self-assessment results of agencies and propose commendations and rewards for those achieving Level-4 “Friendly Workplace” standards.

Previously, the city had already issued the set of “Friendly Workplace” criteria for its departments, agencies, and sectors.
