Hai Phong prepares for the real estate brokerage licensing exam
Hai Phong will organize a real estate brokerage licensing exam in early 2026, with an expected scale of around 500 candidates.
According to the Hai Phong Department of Construction, the first 2026 real estate brokerage licensing exam is expected to take place from May 22 to 24 at the College of Industrial Economics and Technology (Kien An Ward), with approximately 500 candidates participating.
Prior to that, the examination council will receive applications from April 21 to 23 at No. 1 Cu Chinh Lan Street (Hong Bang Ward).
The exam consists of two parts: basic knowledge and professional knowledge, each lasting 120 minutes, in written, multiple-choice, or combined formats. The content focuses on the legal system related to real estate business, as well as professional skills and practical problem-solving.
The results are expected to be announced in mid-June. Candidates who meet the requirements will be granted real estate brokerage practice certificates in accordance with regulations.
Organizing the exam is a concrete step in implementing new legal regulations in the real estate sector, contributing to improving the quality of human resources and moving toward a more transparent and professional market.
