Over 63,600 people access job counseling at job fairs in Hai Phong
Job fairs held regularly in the first quarter have helped balance labor supply and demand and support livelihoods for residents.

In March, the Hai Phong Employment Service Center organized 13 job fairs, including regular and mobile sessions, with 120 companies participating in recruitment. Around 30,100 workers received job counseling at these events.
In the first quarter, agencies and localities coordinated to organize 23 job fairs across the city. A total of 220 companies registered to join the events, while more than 63,600 people accessed job counseling, largely meeting hiring demand.

Participating companies sought to fill positions across sectors including garments, electronics, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, education and training, and healthcare, offering a range of roles from unskilled workers to engineers, specialists, and managers.
With flexible formats combining in-person and online sessions, job fairs have served not only as a recruitment channel but also as a platform to provide advice on vocational training policies and career orientation, particularly for unemployment benefit recipients, demobilized soldiers, and middle-aged women.
As a result, workers can better assess job information and training, and pursue long-term career development in line with labor market trends.
