Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television signs cooperation agreement with City Labor Federation
Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television has signed a cooperation agreement with the city’s Labor Federation to strengthen communication on developing the local working class.
The agreement, signed on April 2, covers coordination in communications for the 2026–2030 period.
Under the agreement, the two sides will work together to promote policies and laws, protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, and highlight movements, exemplary models, union membership development, and the establishment of grassroots unions. The cooperation will also focus on sharing inspiring stories, promoting digital transformation toward a modern trade union system, and building a “4.0” working class.
The two sides will step up communications on renewing methods of representation and protection for workers, and on implementing Politburo Resolution No. 72 on breakthrough measures to improve public health, including healthcare for union members and workers. They will also monitor the enforcement of labor laws, social insurance, and occupational safety and hygiene regulations, while enhancing the effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements linked to the city’s socio-economic tasks.
In addition, efforts will be made to promote welfare policies and improve the material and spiritual well-being of workers, alongside implementing Politburo Resolution No. 57, which identifies digital transformation as a key task and breakthrough to improve trade union performance in the new period.
To ensure effective coordination, both sides agreed to innovate content and improve the quality of information across Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television platforms, and to jointly organize exchanges, seminars, and competitions.
