Hai Phong Party Committee's Office improves consulting quality
On the afternoon of March 23, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Do Manh Hien, and Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Do Thanh Trung held a working session with the City Party Committee's Office to review implementation results in the first quarter of the year and outline key priorities for the second quarter of 2026.

In the first quarter of 2026, the City Party Committee's Office reviewed and provided feedback on over 100 working regulations of City Party Committee-affiliated party organizations. It also compiled and tracked 2,395 tasks assigned by the City Party Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and individual Standing Committee members to lower-level committees. In which, 592 tasks were completed, 1,728 remain ongoing, and 36 are nearing deadlines.
The office completed upgrades to the City Party Committee's integrated data center and end-user devices for city Party agencies, meeting Central guidance on digital transformation requirements. It received and distributed security devices and installed security software on computers across 100% of agencies under the People's Councils, People's Committees, Fatherland Front Committees at commune/ward levels, special zones, and the city departments.
For the second quarter of 2026, the City Party Committee's Office will prioritize enhancing advisory and review processes for content submitted to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and individual Standing Committee members.
Key focus areas include advising on the 2026 work programs of the City Party Committee and the City Standing Party Committee, particularly tasks under the action program implementing resolutions of the 14th National Party Congress and the 1st Congress of Hai Phong Party Committee (2025-2030); mid-term reviews of the two-tier local government model after one year; regulation updates; and planning revisions.
In the coming period, the office will collaborate with relevant units to develop software for tracking task progress assigned by the City Party Committee, the city Standing Party Committee, and individual Standing Committee members to agency/unit party committees, ensuring comprehensive coverage, and clear accountability in handling and resolving work.
