List of candidates elected to Hai Phong City People’s Council, term 2026–2031

The number of deputies elected to the Hai Phong City People’s Council is 85. The total number of elected deputies is also 85.

On March 18, 2026, the Hai Phong City Election Committee issued Resolution No. 04, announcing the election results and the official list of those elected to the 17th Hai Phong City People’s Council, term 2026–2031.

Accordingly, the number of deputies to be elected to the Hai Phong City People’s Council was 85, and the total number of elected deputies is 85.

Among those elected, the candidate with the highest vote share received 99.88%, while the lowest vote share was 83.13%.

The resolution took effect on March 18, 2026.

The Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City People’s Council, the Hai Phong People’s Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Hai Phong, together with the Standing Committees of the People’s Councils, People’s Committees and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the commune level, as well as election organizations, relevant agencies, units, localities and individuals, are responsible for implementing this resolution.
