Fuel price stabilization fund used
The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development announced maintaining fuel prices at the latest adjustment level while continuing to draw from the fuel price stabilization fund to help stabilize the market.

The Department of Domestic market Management and Development (Ministry of Industry and Trade) issued Official Letter No. 670 dated March 13 to head importers and fuel distributors regarding price management.
According to this document, to contribute to stabilizing the fuel market and limiting impacts on the economy and society, retail prices of all fuel products remain unchanged from the March 12, 2026 adjustment period.
Alongside this, the use of the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund follows Decision No. 450/QD-BCT dated March 12, 2026, by the Minister of Industry and Trade on applying stabilization fund measures.
Fuel price Stabilization fund drawdown levels apply specifically as follows: bio-fuel 4,000 VND/liter; unleaded gasoline 4,000 VND/liter; diesel oil 5,000 VND/liter; kerosene 4,000 VND/liter; mazut oil 4,000 VND/kg.
At the same time, diesel oil increased 550 VND/liter to 27,020 VND/liter; kerosene rose 2,520 VND/liter to 26,930 VND/liter. Fuel oil alone fell 340 VND/kg to 18,660 VND/kg.
