Job fair after Tet attracts nearly 2,000 people
In Hai Phong City, the first job fair after the Tet holiday attracted nearly 2,000 people.
On March 2, Hai Phong Employment Service Center held a regular job fair at No. 735 Nguyen Van Linh Street, An Bien Ward, with online connectivity via Facebook to facilitate access to recruitment information for workers.
The job fair attracted 8 businesses with 232 recruitment quotas.
According to Hai Phong Employment Service Center, among the participating businesses, 2 operate in trade and services; 1 in real estate; the rest in mechanics, manufacturing, and cement production.
During the first spring job fair, about 700 workers participated in learning information, submitting applications, and direct exchanges with businesses, while 1,150 others accessed information online.
