Hai Phong candidates to carry out election campaigning both in person and online
Candidates for deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Hai Phong will meet voters for election campaigning both in person and online.

The Standing Committee of the Hai Phong Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has issued a notice on voter meetings for election campaign for the 16th National Assembly deputies and City People's Council deputies for the 2026-2031 term. The notice includes specific schedules for candidate-voter meetings by electoral constituency, detailing time, location, and organizing format.
Notably, these voter meetings will combine in-person and online formats. Participants will include representatives from agencies, organizations, units, and local voters. In-person bridge points must have at least 100 voter delegates, while online points require at least 50.
People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones will take the lead, coordinating with Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the same level to prepare infrastructure and facilities for voter meetings and to invite voters to attend.
Political and social organizations will direct and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to propagate and mobilize people to actively participate and contribute opinions at these voter meetings.
The Department of Science and Technology will lead coordination with VNPT Hai Phong to deploy technical staff who will work with communes, wards, and special zones to check and review transmission lines at online voter meeting points. In areas with infrastructure difficulties, the Standing Committee of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee will lead coordination with VNPT Hai Phong to provide immediate support, ensuring technical infrastructure at online voter meeting points.
