The Party leader praised the community for complying with host country laws and actively participating in economic, scientific-technological, and innovation cooperation, thereby contributing to strengthening the Vietnam–United States Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
He also stated that the Party and State will continue to improve policies toward overseas Vietnamese, enhance coordination with host authorities to protect their legitimate rights and interests, and create favorable conditions for them to contribute to national development.
