Spring cultural highlights

On these days, pedestrian streets and festival squares become even more vibrant and lively, transforming urban spaces into dynamic spring cultural hubs.

At the Bach Dang night market pedestrian street (Le Thanh Nghi Ward), spring is felt not only through decorative colors but also through the rhythm of outdoor artistic activities. This year, the central night market area features 12 stalls decorated with strong spring motifs, adding vibrancy to the urban scene. The highlight remains the eye-catching stage, serving as the focal point for the entire Bach Dang pedestrian street and night market during the new spring days.

Meanwhile, at Vu Yen pedestrian street in Vinhomes Royal Island (Hoa Binh Ward), this year's spring space expands into a large-scale cultural-arts-community experience festival complex. The centerpiece is the Vu Yen Spring Festival 2026, structured as a comprehensive cultural festival connecting traditional and modern activities.

Beyond major sites, many squares and commune-ward centers across Hai Phong City also host spring fairs and outdoor mass art performances. Cheo clubs, Chau Van singing, folk song, and folk dance groups bring programs to open spaces, serving the community directly.

Streets Overflow with spring colors

The city central route this year features eye-catching decorations with floral displays and arrangements conveying New Year's messages, allowing residents to admire, take photos and interact.

Notably, the city has revived operations at 5 central flower stalls. These stalls display diverse Tet flowers combined with artistic decorations and experiential spaces.

Besides, 9 other central flower gardens have been upgraded and adorned with spring like azaleas, petunias, poinsettias, and chrysanthemums, contributing to a multi-point spring cultural map within the inner city.
