Preparations for New Year's Eve special art program
The large-scale political-cultural event, organized for the first time at the city’s Central Political-Administrative Center Square, is ready for the New Year's Eve of the Spring 2026.
On the evening of February 14, at the Central Political-Administrative Center Square, the Hai Phong People's Committee held a final rehearsal for the special art program 'Hai Phong welcomes Spring 2026' with the participation of numerous artists, performers, and technical teams.
At the meeting, the Chairman of the city People's Committee emphasized that this is not only an art program to welcome the New Year but also a special political-cultural event, held for the first time at the city's new symbolic space. Therefore, the content must be meticulously prepared, targeting various audience segments.
Regarding media work, Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television is assigned to continue intensive propaganda campaigns before the event through bulletins, online newspapers, and official digital platforms to attract a large number of people and visitors.
The program will take place from 10 PM on February 16, 2026 ( Lunar December 29), broadcast live on the channels and digital platforms of Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television.
With careful preparations, the special art program “Hai Phong welcomes Spring 2026” promises to bring residents and tourists an impressive, emotional New Year's Eve, spreading pride and the strong aspiration for growth of the Port City in the new year.
