On the morning of February 12, the Hai Phong Journalists Association, in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hai Phong Newspaper and Broadcasting, local media agencies, and related units, opened the 2026 Spring Press Festival and Exhibition of Hai Phong’s 2025 Socioeconomic Achievements.

This event marks the 96th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), celebrates the success of the 14th National Party Congress, and welcomes 2026 Lunar New Year.

Leaders from the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board and the City Journalists Association present certificates to participating units.

This year's festival showcases spring editions from central and Hai Phong media, plus nearly 100 photos highlighting the city’s development over the past year for readers, residents, and visitors.

The event draws major Hai Phong media, central outlets with local bureaus, provincial representatives, and specialized magazines.

The high quality publications offer comprehensive coverage of social life, economic growth, and the Party and State's policies, reflecting public unity and Hai Phong journalism’s development nationwide.
