Do Son prepares for Spring Tree - Planting Festival 2026
Do Son Ward is one of two localities in Hai Phong City selected to launch the Spring Tree - Planting Festival 2026.
According to official dispatch No. 642-CV/DU dated January 16, 2026 of Hai Phong Party Committee and People's Committee, the launching ceremony of the Spring Tree - Planting Festival will be held at 9:30 AM on February 23, 2026 (Lunar January 7) on the Hill 66.
At the event, 368 pine trees are expected to be planted, contributing to greening the landscape, protecting the ecological environment, and promoting sustainable development in the area.
To prepare for this event, Do Son Ward has proactively refurbished the Hill 66, ensured all conditions are ready for the launching ceremony of the Spring Tree - Planting Festival.
The 2026 Spring Tree Planting Festival is a practical activity of the city and local authority to green bare hills, build a green, clean and beautiful Do Son, and promote sustainable development right from the first days of the new year.
