Spacious new public administrative service center in Hai Phong City

After two weeks of relocating to the new premises, the Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center has been operating steadily with spacious and modern facilities.
The Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center began operations at its new location at No. 18 Hoang Dieu Street (Hong Bang Ward) from January 10. This site was previously the old Hai Phong City ConventionCenter and Guest House, located in the city center with good facilities and ample space.Space from outside to inside the Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center.Currently, at the Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center, there are counters serving residents and businesses for administrative procedures from various departments (except the Foreign Affairs Department), the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, tax and social insurance as two central vertical agencies.Each day, about 20-30 civil servants and staff are on duty at the Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center to support, guide, receive, and process administrative procedure dossiers for residents and businesses.The Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center has a phone charging station and facilities for electronic devices to serve residents.Hai Phong City's Social Insurance is allocated a separate area at the center's premises with three reception counters. Each day, staff here receive about 70 citizens and process around 40 administrative procedure dossiers. Thanks to digitized dossiers and online result delivery, many citizens complete their procedures in just a few minutes.
After nearly seven months since its establishment (from July 1, 2025) and more than two weeks of operation at the new location, the Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center has basically stabilized its operations, initially bringing positive changes and conveniences for residents and businesses.
