With the spirit of supporting and accompanying businesses in Hai Phong City, the Department of Finance has developed, updated, and completed the “Guidelines on Forms and Procedures for Business Registration” directory at http://dangkydoanhnghiep.hpnet.vn/.
The directory provides information on: legal bases for business registration; the system of business sectors and lines; dossiers and application forms for new business establishment; business registration of changes and adjustments; reorganization, division, consolidation, and merger; suspension of operations; resumption of operations; conversion of business types; dissolution; establishment, suspension, and termination of operations of branches, representative offices, and business locations; post-registration procedures; correction, reissuance, continuation of operations, tax registration, and updating and supplementation of information.
The section also includes video tutorials providing detailed guidance on submitting applications for enterprise establishment and registration of changes to business registration information via electronic systems; as well as instructions on submitting notifications to update and supplement business addresses due to changes in administrative boundaries. In addition, contact phone numbers of responsible officials are publicly provided so that individuals and enterprises can seek assistance in case of difficulties or unclear issues during the business registration process.

The directory aims to help individuals, enterprises, and investors quickly complete business registration procedures and enter the market. It thereby contributes to improving and enhancing Hai Phong City’s Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) and realizing the goals for private-sector economic development in line with Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo.
