Hai Phong youth brings warmth to highlands

Hai Phong Youth Union members in wards and communes have launched a series of meaningful volunteer initiatives, bringing warmth to remote highland areas this winter season. These efforts add vibrant momentum toward the 14th National Party Congress.

From January 10-11, An Bien Ward's Youth Union, Youth Federation, and Youth Union Council organized the "Warm Spring in Highlands - Solidarity of Ethnic Youth" journey in Phu Tho Province. This marks a practical and meaningful activities toward the 14th National Party Congress, the elections of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 tenure.

Working group presents gifts to Phu Tho students

The working group handed over the "Lighting Children's Dreams" infrastructure project at Cun Pheo Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary School in Pa Co Commune. Delegates also donated trees and joined efforts to create a green, clean, and beautiful environment around the school premises, collaborated with the Vietnam Institute of Sea Medicine to provide free medical check-ups and health consultations for local youth and children, contributing to enhancing health and quality of life in Pa Co Commune.

With support from local agencies, organizations, schools, and youth groups in An Bien Ward, the working group delivered 35 gifts, 59 blankets, 300 meals, essential supplies, 3,000 notebooks, and 3,000 school supplies, … with a total value of over 154.5 million VND.

These activities demonstrate the affection and responsibility of Haiphong city's youth union, kind-hearted people and social organizations to encourage local residents, youth, and children to actively engage in labor, production, study, and collective socio-economic development.
