VND 900 billion project breaks ground at Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park
The EHA Hai Phong Industrial and Logistics Park project is being developed on an area of 9 hectares with a total investment of approximately VND 900 billion.
On the morning of January 11, at Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park, EHA Hai Phong Industrial Development Joint Stock Company (EHA Industrial) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the EHA Hai Phong Industrial and Logistics Park Project.
The EHA Hai Phong Industrial and Logistics Park Project is being developed on an area of 9 hectares with a total investment of approximately VND 900 billion, focusing on the development of ready-built factories and warehouses in accordance with international standards.
The project will provide a range of ready-built factory units with areas starting from 2,500 square meters, as well as mixed-use factory facilities from 3,300 square meters, catering to the diverse needs of enterprises in manufacturing, logistics, and supporting services.
The infrastructure components are designed and constructed in line with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards, with priority given to attracting high-tech industries, processing and manufacturing sectors, logistics, and clean supporting services with low emissions.
This project is the first initiative under the strategic partnership between EHA Industrial and Thang Long Corporation – JSC. Building on this collaboration, EHA Industrial aims to own and develop a portfolio of at least 100 hectares of ready-built factories and warehouses across multiple locations nationwide within the next two years.
