From January 10, the Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center, under the City People’s Committee Office, has relocated its operations from the old City People’s Committee Office to the new headquarters at the Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center, 18 Hoang Dieu Street, Hong Bang Ward. The Public Administrative Service Center serves as a centralized hub for publicly posting information, providing guidance, receiving and digitizing documents, processing or transferring files to the responsible agencies, delivering administrative procedure results, and monitoring and evaluating the resolution of 2,237 administrative procedures under the authority of city departments, agencies, and commune-level People’s Committees.
These procedures include: administrative procedures under the authority of the City People’s Committee, the Chairman of the City People’s Committee, and specialized agencies under the city committee; administrative procedures under the authority of commune-level People’s Committees; administrative procedures under the authority or in coordination with vertically organized agencies at the local level (e.g., City Police, City Tax Department, Social Insurance Office, etc.); and administrative procedures under the authority of ministries and central agencies delegated to local reception.
Thus, the Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center now operates at two locations: 18 Hoang Dieu Street, Hong Bang Ward (eastern Hai Phong) and 1 Ton Duc Thang Street, Le Thanh Nghi Ward (western Hai Phong).
