Preparations underway for groundbreaking of Vinh Quang Industrial Park
The infrastructure investment and construction project of Vinh Quang Industrial Park (Hai Phong) is scheduled to break ground on January 16, 2026 and becomes one of the city’s key projects in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Recently, the project investor, Idico Vinh Quang Joint Stock Company, has closely coordinated with the People’s Committees of Vinh Bao and Vinh Hai communes to accelerate land clearance efforts. To date, the local authorities have completed compensation and site clearance and officially handed over the cleared land to the investor.
The Vinh Quang Industrial Park Project (Phase 1) was approved by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 29/QD-TTg dated January 5, 2025, with Idico Vinh Quang Joint Stock Company as the project developer. The industrial park covers a total area of more than 164 hectares, including approximately 50.6 hectares in Vinh Bao commune and 113.7 hectares in Vinh Hai commune.
Vinh Quang Industrial Park is developing as an eco-industrial park, applying modern technologies, ensuring efficient resource management, and minimizing environmental impact. The project prioritizes attracting investors in green technology, clean manufacturing, and logistics services.
