Hai Phong issues e-governance indicators set
Hai Phong City People's Committee has issued a set of performance indicators to support electronic command and control operations.
The indicators aim to build an information system aiding leadership on key, urgent issues from central government, the Prime Minister, city authorities, departments, and localities.
The electronic governance indicators set includes four groups totaling 86 indicators. Daily and monthly command indicators cover 13 sectors with 61 metrics. Annual socioeconomic plan tracking has 15 indicators. National target programs and key projects to 2025 feature three indicators. Emergency response for disasters, epidemics, search and rescue includes 7 indicators.
The set fosters information support for central and local leadership on core issues in state management, society, resources, environment, and welfare. It boosts transparency in policy info and execution. It also heightens public servants' accountability. It enables real-time trend capture for flexible local command. Overall, it strengthens data-driven oversight, swift decisions, socio-economic tasks, risk management, and crisis response.
The decision takes effect from December, 30, 2025.
