As the four-day holiday begins, traffic in Hai Phong has become increasingly busy along the east–west routes.

Từ chiều tối 31/12/2025, lối ra cao tốc Hà Nội - Hải Phòng tại xã Gia Lộc đã có nhiều phương tiện ra vào ở cả 2 chiều.
From the late afternoon of December 31, 2025, the exit of the Hanoi–Hai Phong Expressway in Gia Loc Commune saw a high volume of traffic in both directions.

From the afternoon of December 31, 2025, major gateways and west–east connecting routes in Hai Phong became increasingly busy as the city entered the four-day New Year holiday. Many officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers based in the eastern part of the city traveled back to the west to enjoy the holiday break.

The HP15/HP16 train operating between Hai Phong Station and Hai Duong Station recorded a record number of passengers. At the same time, many residents from the western part of the city also headed east to travel, explore, and experience holiday activities.

Key entry and exit points of the city, as well as bus stations, were bustling with movement. However, traffic remained smooth, with no congestion reported.

Below are several images captured by reporters from Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television during the late afternoon and evening of December 31, 2025, and January 1, 2026.
