Hai Phong supports Dak Lak with over 1 billion VND

The support reflects the timely concern and sharing of Hai Phong people for those in Dak Lak province.

A delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong city, led by Bui Van Bac, Vice Chairman of the committee, on December 30 visited and presented gifts to the people of Dak Lak province to help address the consequences of natural disasters.

The Vice Chairman conveyed his condolences and deep sympathy over the loss of life and property suffered by the people of Dak Lak province during recent floods.

On this occasion, Hai Phong city presented 560 million VND and 15,000 sets of new clothing, while the Vietnam Red Cross Society of Hai Phong donated 500 million VND through the Relief Mobilization Board of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province to join hands with the locality in social welfare efforts.

This is a practical activity to concretize the Politburo’s conclusion on addressing the consequences of floods in the Central region.
