Speeding up site clearance for industrial park projects

Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Trung Kien has required faster site clearance for Trang Due 3 and An Duong industrial park investment projects.

Le Trung Kien, Member of the Standing Board of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the city People’s Committee, on December 27 inspected the progress of site clearance for projects to build and trade in the infrastructure of Trang Due 3 and An Duong industrial parks.

Trang Due 3 industrial park covers an area of 652.73 ha in An Lao and An Truong communes, within the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone.

Vice Chairman of the city People’s Committee Le Trung Kien required local authorities to highly concentrate on site clearance for early handover to the investor for project implementation.

Saigon – Hai Phong Industrial Park JSC., the investor, needs to further strengthen equipment, machinery, and manpower, focus on building the project infrastructure, and prioritize essential infrastructure items to serve the business objectives of enterprises.

An Duong industrial park has a total planned area of 196 ha in An Phong ward.

The Vice Chairman of the city People’s Committee required An Phong ward to focus on resolving site clearance before the Lunar New Year.

To address difficulties and obstacles, local authorities need to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment and relevant departments, sectors, and units to remove bottlenecks and apply maximum support policies for people whose land is subject to acquisition.

The city Economic Zone Authority was assigned to direct the investor, Tham Viet Investment Consortium Co., Ltd., to complete the internal road system in An Duong industrial park, striving to open the roads to traffic before the Lunar New Year.
