Over 47 billion VND and 190 tons of support for central and Central Highland regions
Donations continue to be received and transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong to ensure timely support for people in central and Central Highland regions affected by storms and floods.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Hai Phong and the city Relief Mobilization Board on December 26 received donations from officials and residents of several localities to support people in central and Central Highland regions in addressing the aftermath of rain and floods.
Specifically, officials and residents of Ha Bac commune contributed more than 260.6 million VND, while Nguyen Binh Khiem commune donated more than 302 million VND to support flood-affected communities.
By December 26, the city had received more than 47 billion VND and 190 tons of goods (valued at more than 4 billion VND) donated by localities, units, organizations and individuals.

According to the Standing Board of the VFF Committee of the city, from 5 pm on December 23, the city stopped receiving donations for people in central and Central Highland regions to remedy damage caused by rain and floods.
However, for communes, wards and special zones, mobilized resources continue to be consolidated and transferred to the VFF Committee of the city to ensure timely support for affected communities.
The Standing Board of the VFF Committee of the city commits to promptly delivering assistance to people in disaster-hit areas, helping spread the spirit of mutual affection and support with people in central and Central Highland regions.
