Hai Phong makes public 58 land plots calling for investment
Hai Phong has 58 land plots in need of investment across 16 communes, wards and special zones.

According to Hai Phong Department of Finance, a review has identified 58 land plots across 16 communes, wards and special zones in the city that require investment attraction. Of these, 55 plots are located in the eastern area of the city and three in the western area.
Specifically, Bach Dang ward has two plots covering 157 ha; Luu Kiem ward one plot of 45 ha; Hong An ward six plots totaling 47.81 ha; Le Chan ward six plots covering 0.46 ha; Hung Dao ward seven plots with a total area of 1,364 ha; Duong Kinh ward three plots covering 198.93 ha; An Duong ward two plots of 16.4 ha; An Phong ward three plots covering 64.56 ha; Kien Thuy ward four plots totaling 96.75 ha; Kien Minh ward three plots of 23 ha; Kien Hai ward three plots covering 176 ha; Kien Hung ward four plots totaling 25.2 ha; Nghi Duong ward four plots covering 25.2 ha; Hung Thang commune five plots with a total area of 1,371 ha; Cat Hai special zone two plots covering 171.48 ha; and Hai Hung commune three plots totaling 270.51 ha.
The Department of Finance has made public the list of these land plots through mass media channels to ensure equal access to land resources for investors, organizations and individuals seeking to implement land-use investment projects in the city.
